How to Reset Brother 1 Line LCD Printer Models

1. Power your printer on
2. Open the toner door
3. Press BACK and GO button at the same time and hold 1or 2 seconds
4. When you release the BACK and GO button. Press the BACK button again at once, and printer screen should display TNR-STR
5. Press the DOWN button twice or UP until your printer display shows    TNR-HC
6. Then press OK button
7. The printer should display  RESET  EXIT
8. Then press DOWN button once to confirm the reset of your toner cartridge
9. Printer display should show ACCEPTED
10. Close the toner door
11. You have successfully reset your TN760 toner counter

If you just replaced your Brother TN760 toner printer cartridge, you can reset your toner cartridge counter manually by following the instructions below for the following Brother printers.

Brother DCP-L2550DW          Brother HL-L2390DW                                   
Brother MFC-L2710DW

1. Power your printer on
2. Open the toner door
3. Press CLEAR and STOP/EXIT button at the same time and hold 1or 2 seconds
4. When you release the CLEAR and STOP/EXIT button. Press the CLEAR button again at once, and printer screen should display TNR-STR
5. Press the DOWN button twice or UP until your printer display shows TNR-HC
6. Then press OK button
7. The printer should display  RESET  EXIT
8. Press DOWN button once to confirm the reset for toner cartridge
9. Printer display should show ACCEPTED
10. You have successfully reset yourTN760 toner counter 
11. Close the front cover
12. Printer should be ready to print

4. When you release the BACK and EXIT button. Press the BACK button again at once, and printer screen should display TNR-STR
5. Press the DOWN button twice or UP until you select TNR-HC
6. Then click on “TNR-HC” of the display press on  button
7. The printer should display  RESET
8. Press YES on the display to confirm
9. Printer display should show ACCEPTED
10. You have successfully reset yourTN760 toner counter 
11. Close the front cover
12. Printer should be ready to print
